Ted was a man who presence graced the face of this earth, he was kind, generous and had a quip sense of humor. Ted was living life to the fullest with his fiance, Susie Bowman, and was looking forward to tying the knot on May 30th, 2020. They were going to move to the Blue Ridge mountains to their cabin that they had spend most of their time getting ready for their move. Ted couldn't wait to spend the rest of his days with Susie in the mountains, where they enjoyed the neighbors, the town, the people of Blue Ridge and they had their own little group of wildlife friends that visited daily. I have known Ted almost all my life and spend a lot of time with Susie and Ted. It is devastating to lose this man that brought such much joy to everyone, we are all mourning the lost of a wonderful man and it has left a big hole in our hearts. Even to his last moments his concern was for Susie, whom he loved dearly. Ted, I know God hold a special place for you in heaven and the angels are rejoicing. You will always be in our hearts and memories. Synette Jeeves Parrish

It is already so strange not to see Ted working and taking care of the home he and Susie enjoyed together. He was the epitome of '86 years young. I could hardly keep up and told him regularly. I called him the 'energizer bunny' as recently as a few days before he passed while he was delivering home made cookies. It was only in the last year or so I came to understand what a talented man he was. He was well read and and an artist with a detailed eye. As much as he liked his time in Florida, he was looking forward to his final years in Georgia. He referred to Susie as 'my honey' and was looking forward to getting married again after loosing his previous wife Rose. Susie and Laura were helping him complete the final chapter of a long life---but still interrupted too soon. My thoughts and prayers to Susie and the entire Kelemen family. A good man is gone.
