Samuel T Delpopolo, 50 of Jamestown passed away March 29, 2020 at his home. He was born July 3, 1969 in Dunkirk NY, the son of Paula Snyder Bailaszewski and Samuel E Delpopolo. After Graduating Dunkirk High School Sam went on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Psychology at Temple University and completed his education with a Master’s Degree in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University. While at St. Bonaventure Sam received many commendations from his professors. Sam worked in the field of child psychology. He worked with children at the Resource Center and also at Beacon Light. He also worked in the brokerage business with his father at Century 21 Realty Group. Sam was a loving, compassionate soul. He was a devoted son and friend who always put others before himself. He loved animals as well rescuing as many animals as he could. He loved his cat and best friend Baby Blue. The world is a better place because of him. Sam is survived by his parents, Samuel (Mary) Delpopolo of Jamestown NY and Paula (Ben) Snyder Bialaszewski of Fredonia NY, his sister, Denielle M Delpopolo of Chicago, his aunt, Maureen Delpopolo of Baldwinsville, NY, and his nieces, Kristi (Joseph) Nencetti of Tully NY and Kelly Abbata of South Carolina, his cousins, Carol “Kiki” Perkins, Andrea Randazzo, and Tammy Rominak, and several other cousins. Sam is preceded in death by his Grandparents, Doris and Ernest Kuehn and Lela and Samuel Delpopolo, and his uncle, Phillip Delpopolo. Arrangements entrusted to Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services. There will be no services. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
