Obituary of Michael N Sard

Michael N Sard, 76 of Ashville passed away om March 18, 2020 at UPMC Chautauqua after a short battle with cancer. He was born January 28, 1944 in Jamestown, NY the son of Milo and Alice Bohall Sard. Mike was raised in Panama NY and attended Panama Central Schools. Mike married his wife Luella Gobles Sard on January 22, 1966. They recently celebrated 54 years of marriage. Mike was a machinist by trade and retired from Jamestown Precision Tooling. In his earlier years Mike was an avid bowler, enthusiastic golfer, and loved to hunt. Mike was a very proud family man and will be deeply missed. Mike is survived by his wife of 54 years, Luella Gobles Sard, his daughters, Amy (Al) Berrios, Emily (Mike) Smith, Erika (Mike) King, and Alicia (Steven) Lloyd. The joy of his life, his ten grandchildren, Briana, Dacota, Brandi, Tara, Derek, Miranda, Hanna, Haley, Taylor, and Jacob, his great grandchildren, Ava, Reese, Joshua, and Maci. Also surviving are his two sisters and many nieces and nephews. Mike is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, and his sister. Arrangements entrusted to Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Per Mike’s wishes there will be no calling hours. A private family memorial will be held.
