Rindy Gifford, 43 of Jamestown passed away January 9, 2020 at her home. She was born April 2, 1976 in Jamestown, NY the daughter of Randy Gifford and Wanda Dickerson Gifford. Rindy enjoyed watching her shows, Lets Make a Deal, The Price is Right, and Investigation Discovery were amongst her favorites. She loved sunflowers, rollercoasters, music, art, and cooking. Rindy’s favorite movie character was Jack Skellington from A Nightmare Before Christmas. She loved her pets, Holden her dog and Zyten her cat. Rindy enjoyed volunteering in her community especially for the Salvation Army and the Food Pantry. Her greatest joy was spending time with her Family. She will be deeply missed. Rindy is survived by her parents, Randy and Wanda Gifford, her sister, Mindy (Jerry II) Uttley, her nephews, Jerry III and Jonathan, her foster children, Angelique, Brianna, and Daisy, her Grandfather, Burdette Gifford, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Rindy is preceded in death by her Grandmothers, Mary Lou Gifford and Carol Dickerson, her Grandfather, Gary Dickerson Sr., and step Grandfather, Robert Durlin “Baldy”. Visitation will be held Monday January 13, 2020 from 11am-1pm at Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Burial to follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
