Obituary of Avante Johnson

Avante L. Johnson, 39, of Jamestown, died Sunday, April 2, 2017. He was born in Erie, Pa. the son of the late Darron Moore and Vondell Johnson. Avante is survived by his children, Isayah Baker and Darron Johnson, Jamestown, Travis Johnson, Heaven and Ripley Hoosier, Nikia Edinger all of Erie, PA and Jazmin Shinglerdecker, Titusviulle, PA., a brother, Eddie Johnson, PA, four sisters, LaCara Johnson, Lateka Beason and Uneika Timmons, Erie, Pa., Lemika Martin, Rochester, NY and his best friend, Della Presley, Erie, Pa. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. at the Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services. The Rev. Reggie Smith, Pastor of Blackwell Chapel AME Zion Church, will officiate.
