Obituary of Marcus A. Caceres

Marcus A. Caceres, 29, of 165 Allen St., Jamestown, passed away unexpectedly Sunday (September 18, 2016) at his residence. He was born in Jamestown on November 18, 1986, the son of Jose Caceres Sr. and Dolores Baxter of Jamestown. He was previously employed at Butera’s Towing. Marcus loved his children and family. He enjoyed working and driving around his gas powered cars and four wheelers. Besides his parents, he is survived by two sons, Marcus Jr. and Isaiah Caceres, a daughter, Keyaira Caceres, two sisters, Cathy Marcano and Ericka Mangabang, three aunts, Teresa Lopez, Kim Baxter and Kathy Baxter and an uncle, Thomas Baxter Jr., all of Jamestown, a brother, Jose Caceres Jr., Bradford, Pa.. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Catherine Baxter, and his grandfather, Thomas E. Baxter Sr. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 22, 2016 in New Creation Assembly of God Church, Jamestown, NY. The Rev. William Blair, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery. The family will be present to receive friends for two hours prior to the funeral service in the church.
