Dennis C.Smith, 61, of 304 Elmwood Ave., Falconer, died at 12:28 a.m. Wednesday, September 15, 2010, in the Heritage Village Rehab & Skilled Nursing.
He was born in Jamestown on May 1, 1949 the son of the late Ernest and Thelma Smith.
Dennis was a self employed auto mechanic and autoboby repairman in the area and had worked at the former Reliable Garage for several years.
He is survived by a son Norman (Margaret) Smith, Jamestown and a daughter Jamie (Robert) Michael, Stockton, N.Y. and by five grandchildren Ally Woolslayer, Delana & Reagan Smith, Jamestown and Jacquan and Alyssa Watts, Stockton, N.Y.
He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
A private family service will be held at the convenience of the family.
No calling hours will be observed. The Hubert Funeral Home And Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
